To be fair: a marketplace also brings you new guests, and its 20% includes the card costs. Tinello is for the guests who already find you. Many wineries will use both.

Good to know
Your data stays in the EU
The servers are in the EU. E-mails are sent from Frankfurt.
Payment by Stripe
Stripe handles the card payment on your own account. Tinello never holds your money.
Your guests stay your guests
Tinello works with their data only on your behalf. A data processing agreement is part of every contract.
The receipt comes from you
The tasting is your sale. You issue the receipt or invoice as you do today.
Common questions
What does it cost?
€29 per month + VAT. No commission per booking. On card payments, Stripe keeps its own fee.
Do I need a new website?
No. You add a button or a link to the website you have.
Must guests pay online?
You decide: the full price online, a deposit, or payment on site.
What if a guest cancels?
Guests cancel online up to your deadline, for example 48 hours before. The refund is automatic and the places are free again.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. You enter a phone booking in a few taps. It takes the places in the same calendar.
Who sets up my booking page?
We do it with you: tastings, times, prices and photos. You need no technical knowledge.
